Job Description

This RN role involves providing skilled nursing care in clients' homes, following physician orders and care plans. Responsibilities include documenting care, administering medications, performing assessments, health education, and updating physicians and families on client status. The nurse supervises caregivers, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and maintains confidentiality. Additional duties include conducting supervisory visits, managing medication policies, training staff, and participating in team meetings. Qualifications include a nursing degree, licensure, CPR certification, and preferably home health experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams are essential. The role supports clients of all ages and conditions, promoting independence and well-being in a home setting. Salary is approximately $39.58/hour.
