Job Description

InSite Realty Advisors is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support our manufactured housing portfolio. In collaboration with the National Sales and Marking Vice President (NSMVP) and other property leaders, the Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for supporting the NSMVP and all communities, site visits, conduct research, investigate workflows, business procedures, and recommend changes.

Pay Range: 90-100k DOE This position is full time at our home office located in Newport Beach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect and analyze data to provide insight into property sales, expenses and revenue.
  • Assemble data from property operators and stakeholders.
  • Report on portfolio performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
  • Forecast sales and provide analysis to management.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate regularly with the NSMVP to drive overall portfolio revenue & ensure the achievement of quarterly and yearly portfolio goals.
  • Develop efficiencies through cross-departmental engagements and workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Multifamily or Manufactured Housing experience is required
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent
  • Exceptional Excel aptitude and proficiency
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
