Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Responsibilit

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults and seniors in a value-based model
• No inpatient or on-call responsibilities
• Manage a panel capped at 650 patients
• Conduct 10–12 patient visits daily for thorough, unrushed care
• Perform in-office procedures including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and preventive screenings for geriatric patients
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and patient engagement

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Missouri NP license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient primary care
• Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
• Geriatric training preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved or medically complex populations
