Student Assistant employees are paid hourly and are limited to 1500 hours per 12 consecutive months.
Duties: In a trainee capacity, and with guidance from branch Associate Hydroelectric Power Utility (AHEPU) and Electrical Engineers, the Student Assistant (Engineering and Architectural Sciences) assists the Market Operations and Analysis Unit (MOA) with the development, maintenance, and support of the State Water Project (SWP) operational and energy market performance reports and tools. Maintain regular, consistent, and predictable attendance, have strong verbal and written communication skills, exercise sound professional judgment, and work cooperatively with others.

3. Declared a major related to the duties of the advertised position and enrolled in coursework required for that major.
