• Salary starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-focused primary care for adult and senior patients
• No inpatient or on-call responsibilities
• Maximum patient panel of 650
• See 10–12 patients per day for high-quality, unrushed care
• Perform minor in-office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
• Collaborate with a robust care team for optimal clinical outcomes
• Deliver value-based, patient-first care in a fast-paced urban setting

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Nevada NP license
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
• Geriatric training preferred but not required
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
• Passion for serving elderly, medically complex, or underserved populations
