We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help us visually communicate the beauty and sophistication of our homes.
Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in executing our brand’s visual identity and communicating the story of our homes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in graphic design in a professional setting, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of design principles. Your work will be instrumental in developing marketing materials that highlight our craftsmanship, engaging digital content, and a cohesive brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Branding:
- Develop and execute compelling designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, print advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Create digital assets for use across web, social media, and email marketing campaigns that are visually consistent with our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce branded content that aligns with the company’s vision and design ethos.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
* Digital Design:
- Design engaging web graphics, banners, and email templates.
- Ensure all design work is optimized for digital platforms and provides a seamless user experience.
* Project Management:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials and other design-related services.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall marketing and sales efforts through strong visual communication.
Requirements:
* Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in the home building, real estate, or construction industry is a plus.
* Education:
- A 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your design skills will be strongly considered.
* Skills & Proficiency:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with digital design for web and social media, including responsive design best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs to meet the needs of the project.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in video editing or animation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other web design tools.
