In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, budget, and objectives, ensuring that each event is tailored to meet their unique needs. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
• Work with clients to determine their event needs, objectives, and budget.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets for each project.
• Coordinate logistics such as catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth flow of activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a strong portfolio of past events.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals and contracts.
