Position Details:
Remote Position: Work from anywhere with flexible scheduling
Compensation: 100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor)
No Cold Calling: All leads are pre-qualified and have requested assistance
Comprehensive Training & Mentorship: Ongoing support to help you succeed
Full-Time Opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on life and health insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, final expense, annuities, and more
Respond to inbound requests from potential clients (no door-knocking or cold calls)
Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom or phone to educate and assist clients
Guide clients through the application process using simple online tools
Maintain excellent customer relationships and address inquiries professionally
Participate in team training and coaching sessions
Requirements:
Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain - training available)
Laptop & reliable internet for virtual meetings and online applications
Smartphone with a reliable service plan
Dedicated home office space free from distractions
Coachable attitude and willingness to grow
Daily morning huddle participation
Completion of a pre-screening survey
