Whole School Principal needed in Ras Al Khaimah for the next Academic Year
I am looking for an OUTSTANDING female Whole School Principal to join my client for the next academic year. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a school in the GCC region, with an outstanding track record of academic and operational experience.
The school is located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and has grown to cater for about 1000 students. Most of the student population is a local, where the main language is Arabic. Staff is mixed from Arabic backgrounds, but the school is also recruiting expatriate staff to raise the standards of the school. It has made a steady progression over the years. The school is looking for an experienced leader that can take the school to a higher grade.
I am seeking a leader that "leads by example" and is an effective Team Player that can combine the strengths of the teaching force to drive the academic standards higher. The school has HUGE potential but requires a leader that has a "firm but fair" approach and one that looks to develop a STRONG team from within.
Requirements to Apply
**MUST have a degree in education or a Bachelors with a valid state teaching license
**An M.Ed/NPQH or Principal license is HIGHLY desirable
**Ideally 5 years of solid management experience showing little or no quick movement on the CV
**Western-trained
**The ability to speak Arabic is beneficial but not essential
**Have an EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English
**Experience of leading a school in the GCC is HIGHLY desirable
You need to be a Principal that has the knowledge and experience of observing and implementing positive change in a way to not disruptive the existing setup, but gradually change the environment so that it is a highly engaging and pro-active one. A salary from 30000 up to 35000 AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
