The OT Support Technician is responsible for local IT and local production OT. The position will be responsible for ensuring best in class support experience and stability to our end-users and in the production environments.
This position reports to the global OT Manager and is part of the global OT organization within Global Operations Digital Excellence. You will be located in New Brighton MN and will be an on-site role .
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide hands-on IT and OT support to end-user and production facilities.
Manage user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
Procurement and installation & troubleshooting of IT and OT equipment and services.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in Computer science or similar
4+ years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience supporting end-users.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Technical experience of supporting production IT (OT)
Experience from working in an international organization.
The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group. Travel expected is less than 10%.

The hourly range for this role is $35-$45. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
