We are a multidisciplinary design organization with expertise across product design, user experience, conversational/AI design, creative direction, UX research, user testing, design program management, production design, content strategy, copywriting, and design technology. Our team is dedicated to defining, iterating, and solving problems to empower customers to reach their financial goals through innovative digital experiences that are easy, convenient, and safe, tailored to individual needs. Role Overview: We are seeking a Sr. Lead Experience Designer to lead an interdisciplinary product design team supporting the Consumer and Business Banking portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the XD team, shaping experience strategies with deep domain knowledge, influencing organizational leaders, and ensuring high-quality, innovative project delivery that fosters a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable results. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver best-in-class digital experiences from concept to implementation. Apply product design skills across user experience and visual design to craft comprehensive solutions. Advise leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering. Oversee multiple designers and manage complex design workflows, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. Conduct advanced analysis and synthesize insights to guide design decisions amid ambiguity. Design across web, mobile web, and native apps, utilizing testing to refine user journeys. Evaluate existing experiences and apply heuristics, insights, and frameworks to improve them. Organize design critiques, mentor designers, and manage multiple programs to ensure quality and timeliness. Contribute to design standards, reflect design system patterns, and champion best practices. Demonstrate excellent visual and storytelling skills, thought leadership, and independent presentation capabilities. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of industry experience as a multidisciplinary product designer. Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design. Proven success in leading large digital projects across multiple channels. Expertise in user-centered design principles, Lean UX, Design Sprints, and Agile methodologies. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Sketch. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Continuous learner with a passion for new design and technology skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Experience in financial services or similar industry. Project management experience is a plus.
