We are a multidisciplinary team with expertise across product design, user experience, conversational/AI design, creative direction, UX research, user testing, design program management, production design, content strategy, copywriting, and design technology. We focus on designing and delivering digital platforms that empower customers to reach their financial goals with ease, convenience, and safety, tailored to individual needs. Role Overview: We are seeking a Sr. Lead Experience Designer for an interdisciplinary product design team supporting the Consumer and Business Banking portfolio. You will be a trusted advisor to Directors, senior leaders, and the XD team, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple projects. You will shape experience strategies, influence organizational culture, and ensure timely delivery of impactful digital experiences. Responsibilities: Lead, design, optimize, and deliver innovative digital experiences from concept to implementation. Apply a broad range of design capabilities across user experience and visual design to craft comprehensive solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including product management and engineering teams. Lead multiple designers, oversee design workflows, and deliver high-quality design artifacts. Drive analysis, synthesis, and decision-making amid ambiguity, identifying patterns across projects. Design experiences across web, mobile web, and native apps, using testing to refine customer journeys. Evaluate and benchmark existing experiences, applying heuristics and frameworks to improve them. Organize critiques, mentor designers, and manage complex programs to ensure quality outcomes. Manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide regular status updates. Contribute to design standards, promote best practices, and advocate for innovation. Exhibit excellent visual, communication, and storytelling skills, and demonstrate thought leadership. Qualifications: 8+ years of industry experience as a multidisciplinary product designer. Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design. Proven success in delivering large digital experiences and applications. Expertise in user-centered design, Lean UX, Design Sprints, and Agile methodologies. Ability to influence and lead discussions with senior stakeholders. Proficiency with design systems, brand guidelines, and data-informed design. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Sketch. Strong leadership, reliability, and collaboration skills. Continuous learner with a passion for new design and technology skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability, curiosity, resilience, and flexibility. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Experience in financial services or similar industry. Project management experience is a plus. Participation in remote work policies and compliance with legal and company policies are required.
