As a Solar Consultant, you will have the first contact with decision makers. You will guide them on our products, services, and the benefits of going solar.

Role Overview:
*You'll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base.
*You'll be generating leads and closing new clients in residential areas.
*You'll attend 2-3 team meetings and sales training every week.
*You'll help families save money through our customer-centric business model.
*You'll be helping our planet transition to renewable energy.

Compensation:
1. 100% Commission based
2. Average earnings for salespeople fall between $45K - $150K/ year

Requirements:
1. Mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
2. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
3. Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations.

6.Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed.
