The Senior Clinical Research Associate plays an integral role in the planning and execution of clinical trials in addition to the management of clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, FDA, ICH, and other applicable regulations.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Clinical Site Operations and is part of the Clinical Center of Excellence within Danaher Diagnostics. This position will be fully remote within the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Independently train, manage, and monitor external clinical sites participating in studies, from site identification through study close out.
• Identify and suggest solutions to resolve problems or issues which could affect the integrity of the data or timely completion of the clinical study.
• Assist in study planning and preparation including creating clinical templates, such as informed consent forms, study manuals, etc.
• Support clinical lead with study tracking and key performance indicators to ensure deliverables are met on time.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of clinical research work experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience managing clinical study sites and monitoring clinical study data
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice for in vitro diagnostic and medical device products
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel 20%- including overnights, within the US. Travel may be up to 50% during project initiation periods

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of vitro diagnostic (IVD) product development in molecular diagnostics or immunodiagnostic.
• Good understanding of medical terminology, human physiology, and laboratory testing.
• Experience with laboratory automation and biological databases.

The annual salary range for this role is $80K-$110K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
