Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Budget Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly financial review meetings with the Clinical Study Leads and Outsourcing team
  • Conduct review meetings with members of Finance to discuss study budget financials
  • Provide Monthly Projections based on current budget and pending changes
  • Develop Financial modeling and scenario planning for Clinical Trials based on changes in scope
  • Support project specifications, units, invoicing, change orders, forecasting
  • Provide vendor management oversight for the site payment
  • Assist with managing change orders while understanding the relationship between changes in study scope and budget
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including the Disease Areal Leads, Finance, P2P and Leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain financial project metrics
  • Develop and distribute consolidated reports detailing the financial status of studies and/or programs.
  • Drive the close-out process so studies are closed in a timely manner, including reconciliation of invoices and resolving vendor invoice discrepancies.
  • You have a BA/BS Finance and (degree in Finance preferred)
  • You have 5+ years of experience with clinical trial budgets
  • You are a critical thinker and detail oriented.
  • You have excellent communication skills both in person and in writing.
  • You’re a great collaborator and can work with all kinds of people
  • You have an understanding of healthcare finance (including knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling tools)
  • You’ve got experience working with Clinical Research Organizations
