About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Processing Clerk to join our Administrative department. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for individuals looking to make an impact as part of a supportive and dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while developing new skills and gaining valuable professional experience. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do

  • Input, review, and organize data into our internal systems with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify and ensure the integrity of data by cross-referencing information from multiple sources.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in data and escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks to support the Administrative department's data processing activities.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on processed data as requested by team leads.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry and processing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling data.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new tools and systems, with no prior experience required.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
