Job Title: Release manager with Salesforce experience

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of software releases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define release processes and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
• Develop and maintain release schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
• Implement best practices for release management, including version control, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor and report on release progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and support to team members on release management processes and tools.
• Continuously improve release management processes through feedback and lessons learned.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Release Management, including tools and methodologies.
• we need candidates who are true release engineers and more hands on to help us. They need proven CI/CD and release automation experience, who have a proven record of implementing solutions and best practices.
• We need someone who can come in and immediately hit the ground running.
• we need more of a release engineer versus a release manager
• It would be helpful if they have Salesforce and Copado experience as well, but not a hard requirement.
