Position Purpose:
The Receptionist / Office Assistant position is the primary point of contact for the Corporate Office which plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of the office. This candidate should maintain professionalism and efficiency in the workplace and assist with a variety of administrative support duties. The Receptionist serves as a face and voice of the Boston office. The ideal candidate will uphold a positive and welcoming environment that reflects Veolia’s culture. A high sense of customer satisfaction, hospitality and customer service is required.
