Job Description

*This is a Remote Role*

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and contribute to the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Track project progress and maintain documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
Help identify and resolve project issues or delays.
Maintain project files and ensure data accuracy.

Skills:
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).
