About the Team The Global and Local Payment Methods team is responsible for Stripe's products outside the US and its fastest-growing payments segment: local payment methods. We help expand Stripe globally and develop products that significantly increase business revenues. We also build scalable platforms for payment methods distribution. What You’ll Do As the Product Lead, Head Of Americas And Bank Methods, you will oversee two key areas: Product strategy, roadmap, and execution in Latin America and Canada. Bank Methods product development and strategy. In Latin America, focus on product-market fit in Mexico, strategize for Brazil, and evaluate expansion into other countries. For Bank Methods, define strategy, set roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering on product development. Your scope is global, with teams mainly in the US and Europe. Responsibilities Define and execute strategies for Latin America, Canada, and Bank Methods. Grow these business areas in line with strategic goals. Hire, manage, and build high-performing product teams across continents. Who You Are Minimum requirements include: 10+ years as a product manager with leadership experience managing teams of 5+ PMs. Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and developing multi-year product strategies. Experience building and improving large-scale products, with technical expertise or a background in computer science. Experience working with compliance, legal, and operational teams. Strong communication skills and user-centric approach. Preferred qualifications include experience in payments, international markets, and external-facing roles.
