Now Hiring: LPN or RN – Pediatric Home Care

Location: Park City, KS

Shifts Available: Weekends

At Phoenix Home Care & Hospice , we’re hiring compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our team and provide skilled, personalized care to children and young adults in their homes. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, or weekend shifts, we’ll work with your schedule to help you find the right fit.

This role allows you to step away from fast-paced clinical settings and focus on what matters most—your patient.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll support pediatric clients with a variety of complex medical needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• G-tube, trach, and ventilator care
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting changes in condition
• Assisting with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, positioning)
• Following the physician-approved plan of care
• Communicating with families and collaborating with our support team

You’ll provide care independently, but you’re never alone—our nurse supervisors and on-call staff are always available for guidance and support.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
