Summary Organized cashier/receptionist experienced in handling cash, processing payments and cementing patron relationships with excellent interpersonal abilities. Carefully manage funds to reduce discrepancies. Service-oriented team member with articulate communication skills and friendly demeanor. Essential Duties

• Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner
• Compute customer bills
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and keep detailed records
• Make change and issue receipts
• Provide cash refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise
• Maintain accurate cash drawer with reconciliation daily
• Refer customers, who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance or repairs, to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
