Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join a dynamic production environment. This role starts in production, then transitions into the Packout team. Responsibilities include converting product, performing quality checks, assembling, labeling, and packing final shipments. Every day looks a little different—and that’s the beauty of it.

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm)
Starting Pay – $15.50 per hour

Required Experience – None - Prior production or fulfillment experience is a bonus.
This role starts with learning production processes and transitions into handling packing, labeling, and shipping for a variety of clients. A perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their daily tasks while ensuring quality standards and maintaining efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately print and apply shipping labels across multiple fulfillment centers and assemble/pack products per Amazon, Walmart, and other guidelines.
- Create and manage shipping plans using internal software and collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow.
- Operate equipment (e.g., die cuts, presses, rotary cutters) for cutting and converting printed products, assembling them based on packaging specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment, manage waste/recycling, and track daily output while performing tasks requiring attention to detail (counting, reading, color matching).
Qualifications
- Ability to consistently perform quality checks, ensuring compliance with product standards, and accurately print and apply shipping labels across multiple fulfillment centers.
- Comfortable with standing, lifting up to 50lbs, and working with repetitive motions, while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, manage daily production goals, and ensure smooth transitions between production and packing tasks.
- Basic computer skills for label printing, managing internal software for shipping plans, and operating equipment like die cutters, sublimation presses, and rotary cutters.
- Quick to learn new processes and equipment, reliable in meeting production targets, and flexible in handling varying duties from product conversion to final packing.
