Join Our Team as a Office Receptionist at Think Tell Junction Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring that the reception area is organized and presentable. . Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage scheduling and booking of conference rooms and appointments efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
