Job Description
We are looking for a professional and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring all visitors and callers receive a warm and helpful experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Manage front desk activities, including mail distribution and office supply inventory
Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars
Assist in various administrative tasks and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide general support to the administrative and operations teams
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
