Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary starting at $125,000+ (depending on experience)
• 10% annual incentive bonus based on care quality and patient outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care to adult and elderly populations
• No on-call or hospital responsibilities
• Patient panel capped at 650
• Conduct 10–12 patient visits per day with a focus on quality over quantity
• Perform in-office procedures such as minor suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and preventive screenings for seniors
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical support team
• Advance a culture of safety, service, and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Nebraska NP license
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
• Geriatric experience preferred but not required
• Team-oriented and passionate about patient-centered care
• Committed to serving elderly and underserved populations
