Check out a podcast about the position Apply today and join F5 Mortgage, where your growth is our mission!Responsibilities: • Gather documents such as applicant’s credit history, income and employment verification, assets and liabilities, and background check to determine creditworthiness • Shop for competitive mortgage rates and interest rates, and negotiate terms with various lenders to find ideal mortgage lender for the applicant • Collaborate with the real estate agent, lender’s underwriting department, other mortgage professionals, and closing agent to ensure a smooth transaction • Determine each applicant’s or borrower’s specific lending or refinance needs after conducting a thorough interview • Explain varying loan products, buying or refinance process, and lending guidelines to applicants Qualifications: • Knowledge of loan process from origination to close and various loan products is needed • Comfortable with loan origination software and MS office • A bachelor’s degree is preferred in economics, business administration, banking, finance, or real estate law • 5 years of mortgage loan origination or loan officer experience required • Exceptional communications skills, time-management and analysis skills, and independently resourceful About Company: At F5 Mortgage, our loan generation processes are unmatched, providing you with the ultimate opportunity to thrive.
