We're seeking a highly qualified Master Electrician to join our team and spearhead this new venture. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of our electrical division, establish best practices, and build a team that mirrors the excellence we've achieved in plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
• Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
