Description We are looking for an experienced Manager, Facilities Call Center to lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across functional and cross-functional teams. Based in Menlo Park, California, this long-term contract Manager, Facilities Call Center position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on organizational goals. The ideal Manager, Facilities Call Center will excel at managing complex projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance with established standards. Responsibilities: - Managing and training staff including supervisors and call center specialists. - Ensuring efficient call center operations and timely management of incoming requests - Opportunity for problem solving and determining opportunities to improve our processes and technology. - Interdepartmental and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams - Flexibility for on-call duties including some nights and weekends to handle emergencies.
