Logistics/Operations Full-Time Paid Internship

Job Title: Logistics / Operations Intern (Full-Time)
Location: Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ | Hybrid - 3 days in Office
Duration: Fall 2025 with a targeted start date of August/September 2025

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Logistics / Operations Intern to support our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers and retail partners.

Role Overview

You'll work directly with our Logistics and Operations teams to help manage inventory, streamline order fulfillment, liaise with warehouses and logistics partners, and support day-to-day processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world exposure to supply chain and operations in the fast-paced world of consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory across 3PL warehouses, co-packers, and retail channels

• Purchase Order Management: Help track and process purchase orders, retail shipments, and e-commerce fulfillment

• Freight Coordinator: Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries. Troubleshoot order and delivery issues with cross-functional partners (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics)

• General Support: Support demand planning, production schedules, and raw material tracking

• Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate data across systems including SKUs, BOMs, lead times, and cost sheets. Contribute to supply chain reporting and KPI dashboards

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Business, or related field

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP/order platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, SPS Commerce, EDI) is a plus

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for food & beverage and curiosity about how products move from factory to shelf
