This is a full-time position offering paid training , hands-on client experience, and a clear path to advancement into senior account management and leadership roles.
Assist senior account managers in maintaining and growing client relationships
Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting for multiple accounts
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate internal teams including marketing, sales, and operations to deliver on client goals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for client meetings
Track campaign performance metrics and provide updates to account managers
Contribute to strategy discussions and brainstorm solutions to improve client outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional attitude with a customer-service mindset
Eagerness to learn about sales, marketing, and account management best practices
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant coursework a plus
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior customer service, sales, or internship experience is beneficial but not mandatory
