HR Coordinator

• $18–$20/hour
• Monday–Friday, Business Hours

ROLE IMPACT: This position supports day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring consistent administration of policies, documentation, and employee support. Success in this role directly contributes to organizational compliance, onboarding efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support onboarding activities including background checks, I-9 verification, and orientation coordination
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with benefit enrollment, employee inquiries, and policy communication
• Coordinate scheduling of interviews and manage candidate correspondence
• Prepare HR reports and support compliance audits as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of HR administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with basic employment laws and HR best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom)
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Document management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Associate's degree or HR certification
• Experience supporting benefits administration or payroll
