At Chick-fil-A, the Hospitality Professional role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time (30-40 hours/week) and Part-time (20-30 hours/week)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be a Hospitality Professional – serve the team and guests with excellence
• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak in a Friendly Tone of Voice
• Always say, “My Pleasure!”
• Make Emotional Connections with guests
• Embody and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Serve guests and the team with a positive attitude every day
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays (REQUIRED)
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week 
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual
• Has a cheerful and positive attitude 
• Loves serving and helping others
• Eager to learn and desires to grow
• Values integrity – doing what’s right no matter what
• Guest focused at all times
• A team player
• A people person
• Able to multi-task 
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
