We are partnering with a fast-expanding independent multi-family office and Registered Investment Advisor managing substantial assets to identify an outstanding Managing Director who will spearhead and revolutionize their CFO Services division. This represents an extraordinary chance to assume complete control of an emerging service offering and develop a premier outsourced Chief Financial Officer and payment processing solution for ultra-high-net-worth families.
This visionary leadership position provides the opportunity to "hold the reins" and create something impactful within an organization that prioritizes culture, values creativity, agility, and client focus. The chosen leader will guide a team of roughly 10 specialists supporting an expanding clientele, delivering everything from basic payment processing and accounting to sophisticated multi-entity consolidations and executive-level CFO consulting services.

Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $500,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Target Annual Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary
