About the Designer role

The Designer plays a key role in the creative process, contributing high-quality design work across brand and digital projects. You'll collaborate closely with senior creatives while mentoring Junior Designers and continually developing your craft.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with senior team members to conceptualize, design, and extend brand and digital experiences
  • Build and contribute to comprehensive, functional design systems
  • Participate in internal and client work sessions

  • Stay curious and continuously sharpen your skills
  • Provide guidance and feedback to Junior Designers
  • Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience at a creative or design agency
  • A strong portfolio that reflects thoughtful design choices
  • An understanding of responsive and mobile design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • A relevant undergraduate degree

Location:

Our NYC-based team members work in our Chelsea studio 2-3 days per week. Our ideal candidate is in the NYC area and comfortable working in person for part of the week. We're open to remote candidates willing to work Eastern time hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $70,000–$80,000/year
  • Hybrid work model
  • 401(k) with 4% company match

  • 15 vacation days + 5 personal/sick days annually
  • Summer Fridays (every other Friday off from July 4th–Labor Day)
  • Company-wide winter break (last week of the year off)
