Job Description:
The Federal Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager will lead complex assessments of GFEBS posting logic and ensure compliance with the USSGL. This includes:
Conducting quarterly analyses of GFEBS posting logic
Identifying and resolving non-compliant scenarios
Drafting and executing SCRs and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
Performing root cause analysis on IPA-issued NFRs
Communicating data categorization issues and SOP updates
Supporting Army and Service Provider stakeholders in system remediation
Required Skills:
Deep knowledge of USSGL and federal financial accounting/reporting
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration and communication capabilities
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM
4 years of experience with federal financial management
2 years of federal accounting experience
