We are currently seeking two experienced Family Law Attorneys who can independently manage a caseload, deliver empathetic client support, and help grow the firm through excellent legal service and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, property division)

  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations

  • Develop and execute litigation and negotiation strategies

  • Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel

  • Convert consultations into retained clients; support firm growth through sales and follow-up

  • Participate in networking and business development activities

Requirements

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the NJ Bar

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in family law

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Client-focused approach with the ability to explain complex legal issues in simple terms

  • Empathy and a commitment to improving clients’ lives through strong advocacy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Preferred

  • Litigation experience

  • Hackensack role : Existing book of business required

  • Mount Laurel role : No book of business needed
