**What You'll Oversee:** Our vibrant food landscape includes:
+ A bustling café serving breakfast and lunch with **7 diverse stations** : Grill, Market, Garden (made-to-order salads), Global Cuisine, Deli, Salad Bar, and Soup.
+ A thriving **Starbucks** location.
+ A robust **catering program** supporting corporate events and executive functions.
**Incentives**
Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, a 6am to 3pm with some evenings for catering and no weekends.
**What You'll Do**
**Your Role:** As the Executive Chef, you'll be the culinary heartbeat of the operation, responsible for:
+ Leading and inspiring a team of **15 skilled cooks** .
+ Driving **menu innovation** , seasonal offerings, and culinary excellence.
+ Managing **ordering, inventory, and production planning** .
+ Being hands-on in the kitchen **70% of the time** , ensuring quality and consistency.
+ Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
