Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team and help us execute memorable and successful events. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and special celebrations. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and attendees regarding event details.
• Maintain event budgets and assist in processing invoices and payments.
• Help create event timelines and ensure all team members are informed of their responsibilities.
• Set up and break down event space, including equipment and furniture arrangement.
• Support on-site event logistics, including guest registration and coordination of activities.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
