In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage event plans and budgets, ensuring all aspects are aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and resources for events.
• Oversee all logistical details, including transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and on-site management of events.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, providing excellent customer service throughout the planning process.
• Create timelines and checklists to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess the success of each event, making recommendations for future improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
