Job Description

Nicky's Coal Fired is hiring an events chef as we gear up for a busy fall. The schedule is based on when we have private events, this is a part time position. We host 1-2 events on slower weeks, and up to 5 on busy weeks.

Duties include:
-Prepping for and cooking during events
-Working with event manager to ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are being properly accommodated
-Overall maintaining quality control 

The ideal candidate has  a minimum of 1 year prior professional kitchen experience, is an effective communicator, and possesses excellent organizational skills. Someone who can remain professional and cool headed during busy times is a must!
