**Job Title: Bilingual Estate Planning Associate**
**Position Overview:**
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Bilingual Estate Planning Associate to join our team! We are looking for a licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience. While prior estate planning experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both potential and existing clients, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and have a genuine interest in trust and estate law.
**Key Requirements:**
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- A licensed member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
- 1-3 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong self-management and time management skills to meet deadlines and complete projects.
**Schedule & Location:**
This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at our office located in Downey. Please note that this role is not eligible for remote work.

The compensation for the Estate Planning Associate position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

**Essential Responsibilities:**
- Prepare a variety of legal documents related to trust and estate matters, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and deeds.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for probate, trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and support them in executing their plans.
- Attend court hearings, conduct legal research, and gather and analyze client data and information.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
