Assist in leading and supporting daily team operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
Help train new team members on company protocols, outreach strategies, and event procedures.
Coordinate and oversee community outreach events, ensuring smooth execution and positive public engagement.
Represent nonprofit and brand partners professionally while interacting with community members and event attendees.
Track performance metrics, report daily results to senior managers, and help implement process improvements.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns by ensuring consistent messaging and proper event setup.
Maintain strong communication with team members to promote a positive, high-performance work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No management experience needed— full leadership training is provided .
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with diverse groups and leading small teams when needed.
Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends may be required for events).
Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented.
Experience in customer service, team leadership, retail management, event coordination, or sales.
Interest in management, marketing, nonprofit work, or business development.
