*Competitive average first-year earnings of $75,000 to $95,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to our existing clients.


• Supervise team performance to ensure optimal results.


• Facilitate training and development for new team members using company systems.


• Utilize our Salesforce-based CRM for daily reporting.


• Focus on client management and continuous leadership training.

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.


• Strong time management proficiency with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines.


• Adept supervisory and leadership skills.


• Capability to prioritize effectively and delegate when necessary.


• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
