Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enrollment Manager to oversee the enrollment process and manage admissions at our child care facility. The Enrollment Manager will play a key role in attracting new families, maintaining enrollment numbers, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience for parents and children.

Duties

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new families and increase enrollment.
- Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry through admission, ensuring timely communication with prospective parents and guiding them through the enrollment requirements.
- Conduct tours and provide information sessions to prospective families, showcasing the facilities, programs, and curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment data, including applications, registrations, and enrollment status.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach efforts to promote the child care facility and increase visibility in the community.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure all necessary paperwork, contracts, and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and referral networks.
- Monitor enrollment trends and provide regular reports to management on enrollment status, projections, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in enrollment management, admissions, or sales, preferably in a child care or education setting.
• Strong understanding of child care regulations, licensing requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective families and build relationships.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enrollment management software.
• Work coverage, based on the academy's 2 nd shift schedule requirement that starts from 2:30PM to 11:30PM.
