The Desktop Support Engineer at Lehman Website Design and Marketing will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems and a passion for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and software
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues
• Ensure all desktop systems are up to date with security patches and software updates
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve network and connectivity issues
• Create documentation and training materials for end users
• Manage and prioritize help desk tickets

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Desired Experience:

• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
• Familiarity with web design and digital marketing concepts
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

• Minimum Salary: $56,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $176,000 per year
