Dental Digital Full Arch Coordinator Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and digitally experienced dental professional to join our growing team as a Dental Digital Full Arch Coordinator . This position plays a key role in coordinating complex All-on-X / Full-Arch restorations , while also serving as a real-time bridge between clinicians and the lab to ensure smooth digital case workflows and exceptional client support.

About the Role:

In this dual-role position, you’ll manage the complete lifecycle of full-arch cases, from onboarding and scan evaluation to lab production and case delivery, while also engaging in live chat and portal communications with doctors, assistants, and internal technicians. You will troubleshoot digital case submissions, especially photogrammetry scans, and guide clients confidently and professionally throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Arch Case Coordination:

• Oversee the full production lifecycle of All-on-X / Full-Arch restorations.
• Monitor case flow using Magic Touch software and internal systems.
• Coordinate across departments: Exocad design, milling, finishing.
• Ensure timely case delivery and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

Digital Support & Liaison Duties:

• Monitor digital portal submissions and engage with clinicians in real-time.
• Identify scan errors (e.g., missing data, stitching issues) and offer immediate solutions.
• Provide live technical support via chat or messaging platforms.
• Maintain quality and consistency in digital workflow execution.
• Act as the main point of contact between the lab and clinical teams.

Onboarding & Communication:

• Onboard new doctors and surgeons into the lab’s digital workflow portal.
• Provide training and ongoing support for platform use and scan submission.
• Deliver professional, proactive communication and case updates to clients.

Ideal Background:

• Former dental assistant with chairside surgical and photogrammetry experience.
  
    OR
• Dental technician or digital consultant with advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM, 3D scanning, printing, and digital workflows.
• Ready to transition into a support-based operational or coordination role.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of All-on-X / Full-Arch workflows and guided surgery.
• Proficiency in Magic Touch software; familiarity with Exocad is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, and model processing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Comfortable managing client communications in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
• Willingness to work from a computer workstation and manage multiple communication threads simultaneously.
