We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven team, helping bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face interactions, live events, and grassroots outreach .
This is not a call center job —no scripts, no cold calls. Just authentic conversations that inspire action, raise awareness, and build donor support .

What You’ll Do:
Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
Share messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
Educate individuals on ways to get involved and support nonprofit initiatives
Build lasting relationships that foster donor engagement and community support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
Uphold company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required— paid training and mentorship provided
Strong communication, interpersonal, and public engagement skills
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and people-focused
Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, and social change
Team player who is reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
