SUMMARY

Perform IT maintenance on computer equipment at direction of Controller. Coordinates with outside vendors to troubleshoot computer equipment issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Updates dealership PC's for current antivirus protection.
  • Updates dealership PC's for any upgrades.
  • Assist with PC backups.
  • Change out PC’s as needed.
  • Maintain dealerships WiFi.
  • Reports to each store on weekly schedule.
  • Responds to IT issues at stores as needed.
  • Maintains dealership PC equipment log by store.
  • Maintains daily time log.
  • Care of dealership owned equipment and company vehicles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License and clean Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) report required as this position will require visiting multiple Proctor Dealership locations.

The employee must be able to lift 20 to 30 pounds with no problems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet but can be moderate to loud if representing us at an event or outside venue. Employee must be willing and able to drive to various locations to successfully perform their job. While they will have a work station at our corporate location, this job will require frequent visits to other Proctor locations, partner and community facilities, and outside events. The job will offer mixed levels of socialization. Expect some day of independent office work but also more socially engaged days working with teams on and off site.
