Description: About the Role The Sales Coordinator - Walmart will be part of the JPMS Global Sales Team, helping to maintain, develop and grow the Walmart.com business. Specifically, this role will focus on Walmart.com catalogue creation, catalogue management and catalogue monitoring.
What You Will Do : - Maintain and grow our Walmart.com business and any future expansion globally of that business
- Daily review 400+ SKUs to identify issues and optimizations with product titles, copy, images, videos, case count, pricing, etc.
- Assist with resolving page and catalogue issues via our standard processes utilizing our Walmart rep, functionalities in Seller Center or via Seller Center support tickets
- Set-up of new products on site as well as product updates or restages of all JPMS Brands. This includes working with the appropriate JPMS teams to gather information, the creation of various upload sheets and cross functional spreadsheets. Will require compiling information from multiple sources
- Maintain a clean spreadsheet of active products categorized by brands, SKUs, ASINs, prices and other essential product details
- Monitor and upload images on the Walmart.com product pages and storefronts
- Help create and upload Below The Fold (BTF) content for product detail pages
- Extract information and data from Seller Center and internal data bases to create sales performance reports and assist with reconciling invoices
- Support JPMS Walmart team as needed

Education: - High school diploma or GED required
Experience: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a coordinator or support role in eCommerce or sales
Skills: Nice to haves: - Experience in Walmart Seller Center or equivalent
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with using AI to optimize and streamline tasks related to page optimization and accuracy
Experience: - Beauty industry experience strongly preferred
Competitive Compensation: - The expected base hourly range for this position is $28.32 to $31.25. The exact hurly rate is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
